While no one has a crystal ball, it is best to plan at least 5 years prior to the need for care.
- Medicaid Applications: We can assist you with a Medicaid application for nursing home benefits and provide representation if your application is denied. Even if no planning was completed, we can typically save a portion of an applicant’s assets even after nursing home admission.
