Kristen A. Wagner

Kristen A. Wagner joined The Shevy Law Firm, LLC as an Associate Attorney in 2023. Kristen has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts and a Juris Doctor Degree from Elisabeth Haub School of Law in White Plains, New York, where she was the Managing Editor of the Pace International Law Review, Co-President of the Public Interest Law Scholarship Organization and a Student Attorney in the Immigration Justice Clinic. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2010 and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association. Kristen has always had a passion for public interest work, having experience in immigration law, family law and pro bono legal services. Kristen originally hails from the Capital Region and currently lives in Selkirk, New York with her husband, daughter and shih tzu.
